Hydrating Toner

Description

This toner provides intense moisturizing great for dry and dehydrated skin types. It is not, however, recommended for clients with folliculitis.
Active Ingredients:
Witch Hazel Water: an ingredient with anti-inflammatory and wound-healing properties. It is also anti-itching and softening.
Cucumber Seed Oil: an excellent ingredient for anti-aging, rich in vitamin E. It keeps the skin’s protective barrier strong and improves firmness and elasticity while also offering antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Cucumber Fruit Extract: an ingredient with moisture regulating, soothing, tightening, anti-itching, refreshing, softening, healing, and anti-inflammatory properties.
Honey: an ingredient with softening and moisturizing properties. May cause a reaction in clients who are allergic to pollen.
Hyaluronic Acid: an acid that occurs naturally in the dermis. Hyaluronic Acid is a natural moisturizer with excellent water-binding properties.
